At Svendsen's Mental Performance Coaching, we are dedicated to enhancing the mental resilience of athletes. By providing tailored strategies, we aim to help individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their sporting goals. We understand each individual is different in their own unique way so we are here to provide the correct strategies that suit your game.

I grew up playing all sports under the sun and decided to pursue golf full-time around the age of 17. I pursued my dream of playing golf at a high level and attended Arizona Christian University on a golf scholarship. My ultimate goal was to pursue a life in golf professionally. I played four years of highly competitive golf where I acquired many experiences and setbacks that ultimately led me to burnout. During this time in University and reflecting upon my experience I realized how important the mental game is for athletes wanting to enjoy the process and take their game to the next level. I have now come to obtain my Masters in Sports and Performance Psychology and I help the younger generation develop the mindset needed for enhancing their overall performance.

At Svendsen's mental performance coaching we provide 1:1 individual sessions that consist of mindset assessments, mental skills training, and tailored plans to develop your game for growth. Either in person or online via zoom. Get an edge on your competitors and learn the mental skills that separate good athletes from great athletes.

Team workshops are offered for teams wanting to increase their mental abilities and gain an edge on their competitors. Workshops can be held in person at practice or online via zoom. These workshops will consist of team building exercises and mental skills training.
